What a story from the first page to now. Sheeeeessshhhhhh!!! That neighbor should be hung and his dog sent to someone who could put it to use hunting boar, or guarding a junk yard. Is the pitbull even a game dog,... thinking out loud i doubt it cuz if it was you would've had to kill it for it to stop. Probly some bully type, or blue pitbull which ain't even a pitbull in my book but a mutt. Either way even the fake mutt was too much dog for the asshole to have socialized properly.

I read probably 100 pages of court documents before our depositions and in doing so it brought that day and the following day back and I couldn’t help but shed a few tears. It’s hard to take when your kids get hurt like this and I wasn’t there to protect them or our dog.

I hope we can clear this case soon.

I know that feeling of wishing you could've seen it coming and stepped in before it happened. It's a horrible feeling. But don't forget this wasn't your fault. Shit happens. Right now you're doing what matters most being there for your family and fighting for them. I really hope this is all behind you soon.

I appreciate that Sir. It’s still hard to take sometimes for sure. The could of, would of, should of road is a long one.

Hopefully this ends before 2027. It would really be nice to put it behind us at this point.
