Gents,
Mid 50's recent fatty that made a life change. 6'2 hanging in the 190's on doctor script Test at 200mg/wk which I do SQ split M-F. I have been off Peps and TRT to set baseline and numbers are scary 102 first test and the just yesterday I did again and its now a whopin 66! On script I have tested as high as 1646.

Anyway feels like I hit a wall at gym, now this could be due to not having the TRT but I have been noodling the idea of a Anavar, Deca, and maybe Primo cycle. Still have abdominal fat to loose and not looking to get gigantic, but if loosing 10 pounds of fat and replacing with 15 or so pounds of muscle throughout wouldn't hurt the feelings none. Personal goal for me is to rep 225 on bench and I am stuck at an ugly one if lucky.

Heres the Q.....if on the above, which by all is a mild load (Deca is mainly for my joint health) can a guy safely add in another more aggressive oral on a sporadic basis or replace the anavar every so often without adverse affects? Strictly for strength gain - IF NEEDED.

If you’re not on trt why not? That is the base to everything. You should notice a big different when your TT numbers drop 1500ng/dl. Get yourself back on trt.

Next I’d say use Reta and maybe some MOT-C to help with weight loss goals.

Deca is not a good idea to cycle bc of the water and bloat you will likely get therefore you won’t see the recomp that you are hoping for. Now Deca for joints, 50-100mg per wk can be an effective dose to assist with joint relief. Start low and work up. This will build up in your system over time and will also likely give a nice lil boost in strength.

Some Var is ok for a short term and can assist with the goal of fat loss and strength but it’s only a stepping stone. Obviously diet and training will be the most important factors for your goals. If you use Var I’d use 20-30mg daily and try to spread it out to 10mg dose every 6-8hrs to maximize the use of this compound in your bloodstream. So a 10mg dose taken 2Xs a day split am/pm or 3Xs a day is a good start.

Primo is one of my favorite compounds. It can give a nice boost to the immune system which can give you a lil kick in energy as well. However, you will not see the benefits of Primo in a recomp until you are at a lower body fat. Personally I wouldn’t use this compound until you reach your weight loss goals.
 
Getting back on your TRT is the most important step. When your levels go from 66 back to over 1000, you will feel like a brand new person. That change alone will probably help you hit that 225 bench press goal.

Be careful with adding more strong pills. Taking too many orals at the same time is very hard on your liver and your heart. It is much safer to stay consistent with your main plan than to chase a quick spike in strength.

Keep working hard and you will get there soon.

How long has it been since your last dose of TRT?

You might want to swap the Deca for NPP instead. It works faster and gets out of your body quicker if you don't like how it feels. Adding some Masteron could also help you stay lean and strong without the extra bloat. It is probably best to hold off on the orals until your body gets used to the main cycle first.
 
So here’s the deal with test…… I’ve been off because of severe sciatica, so much so I went under the knife 5/1 to get rid of an 11mm bulge at L4-5. This started mid/end February this year so gym time was not a thing except for the sauna to help with numbness.
As mentioned I did blood Monday and restarted test yesterday which don’t plan to stop again.
Joint help for me is a necessity hence Deca and thanks for dosing info for that purpose.
