I don't think enough members check out our extensive library of educational videos. Plus, @01dragonslayer post up a lot of educational material around the forum in different subcategories. All well worth checking out. For any of you guys looking to expand your knowledge on AAS and research peptides it's a must. You can start with the below link and the first vid on the peptide market and where do your peptides really come from:

☝️Totally agree. The very first thing I did when I first started getting serious, I did my homework on the diet. I always wanted to look like the after pics, and it wasn't till I finally got advice on how to track calories and macros. I use my fitness pal every single day for the last 10 years, I dont expect everyone to do that but I have a fucking goal and wanted to achieve it. Once I learned that, I got shredded, naturally like Stallone. People thought I was on shit then. Once I decided to use PEDS, which wasnt until after 8 years natural, I made sure I was did every bit of homework till the point where if you listen to bodybuilding podcasts, I knew exactly what they were talking about. You better cross your T's and dot your I's when it comes to cycling. And everything that comes with it. Your talking about altering your hormones. Think about that! Diet, training, drugs. All go hand in hand! Like Tyler said, there is plenty of info on this forum! Educate yourself!! And Merry Christmas!!!
