Anyone have any advice on how to bring down my red blood cells my blood pressure is not too high but it’s a little over than normal. Do I need to drink more water and do more cardio? Or do I need to take a supplement like? Hemo thin? From
PRO MUSCLE LABS

Any advice would be highly appreciated. I am on a low dose of TRT 200 MG‘s three times a week also taking Reta and will be starting tesamorlin I have dropped 60 pounds in a year

Best way is to donate blood 2-3 times a year if you can.

And 200mg three times a week? That’s 600mg total. Or do you mean you inject three times a week total of 200mg? And 200mg aw isn’t low dose TRT for the majority it’s a baseline to start at then you get blood work to see where your test levels are at and adjust it from there.

That’s what I thought. I overheard someone at the gym saying when you donate blood, your body just reproduces more red blood cells to make up for what you lost so it doesn’t really help. I think it was full of BS.

Actually donating blood has other benefits than just lowering your blood pressure.

Donating blood can assist the body's natural detoxification process particularly by reducing levels of "forever chemicals" (PFAS: perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances) and excess iron. Perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl are synthetic, human-made chemicals used since the 1950s for their water-, oil-, and fire-resistant properties. They do not easily break down and persist in the environment and human body. Sources include nonstick cookware, waterproof fabrics, and grease-resistant food packaging.

Also after a donation, the body works to replace the lost blood, which boosts the production of new cells and enhance the immune system. The actual process to regenerate new RBCs expands energy production. A single pint of blood can burn approximately 650 calories to synthesize new red blood cells and proteins.
