Anyone have any advice on how to bring down my red blood cells my blood pressure is not too high but it’s a little over than normal. Do I need to drink more water and do more cardio? Or do I need to take a supplement like? Hemo thin? From
PRO MUSCLE LABS

Any advice would be highly appreciated. I am on a low dose of TRT 200 MG‘s three times a week also taking Reta and will be starting tesamorlin I have dropped 60 pounds in a year

Best way is to donate blood 2-3 times a year if you can.

And 200mg three times a week? That’s 600mg total. Or do you mean you inject three times a week total of 200mg? And 200mg aw isn’t low dose TRT for the majority it’s a baseline to start at then you get blood work to see where your test levels are at and adjust it from there.

That’s what I thought. I overheard someone at the gym saying when you donate blood, your body just reproduces more red blood cells to make up for what you lost so it doesn’t really help. I think it was full of BS.
