How many sets per body part do you do?

Chest, biceps and triceps 12 sets each
Delts 16 (front/lateral lighter weight high volume) + 4 for traps
Back 12 (4 exercises three heavy sets each) + 4 for rear delts
Legs 3 each for squats, lunges and goblet squats, 4 each for leg extensions, leg curls and calf raises= 21 total

Training split:
Chest Monday
Legs Tuesday
Bis/tris Wednesday
Thursday rest
delts Friday
Back Saturday
Sunday rest
 
That's about right 12 to 15 sets per body part . With a warm up set on the first exercise. That's for normal weight go up each time .

Now to build strength I do 3 sets of 5x5
For cut I use beast mode 15,12,8,8,12,15 per body part

Usually I strength only 2 exercises
For normal 4 exercise
For cut 3 exercises

That's what I do
I lift a day rest a day per much 6 to 9 weeks then take a week off .

This is pretty much what I do as well. 3 sets for strength, higher for cutting.
