Theres something awesome about lifting weight above your head.. not bench or a curl, just straight up military pressing weight over your head. I want to lift 185 and keep dropping to 155, but ill be creeping up on 185 soon. There a better shoulder workout you like?

You don’t see that exercise that much anymore. I used to do it all the time and I think that’s where I made most of my shoulder growth. And when people ask me what do I do for shoulders, I tell them about that exercise right there. I tell them do standing military presses.
Nowadays I start my shoulder workouts with the rear delt exercise, then a side lateral then a pressing movement.
