How are your cortisol levels? What do you think about magnesium and ashwagandha? It helped me at one point in my life.
I discovered the benefits of magnesium for better sleep awhile back. The two things I notice improved sleep with are magnesium and melatonin. I found a product at Natural Grocers that has Magnesium, GABA, Theanine, and Melatonin in it called CALM SLEEP.

If you’re taking high doses, sometimes micro-dosing can help stabilize your hormones—especially if you're running a fast-ester test. Supplements can be a huge factor too. A lot of that stuff is loaded with caffeine, sugar, and even cocoa if it’s chocolate-based. If you’ve got sleep problems, drop the pre-workout junk. Seriously. Just eat some fruit—2-3 oranges, a couple bananas, 2-3 apples. Natural sugars give you energy without wrecking your sleep. And if you’re pounding caffeine—coffee, soda, energy drinks, iced tea—cut all of it. Go caffeine-free across the board. Even stay away from dark chocolate. That stuff’s loaded with cocoa, and for me, cocoa is like stuffing my face with cocaine. I eat that shit and I’m wired for two days. (Can we say bad words on here? Oh well.) Anyway—GET YOUR BLOOD WORK DONE! If your estrogen (E2) is out of whack, that alone can cause all kinds of issues. And one more thing: if you’re bulking and you’re a bigger dude, you might be dealing with sleep apnea. If you’ve got a smart watch, check your O2 levels while you sleep and monitor for snoring. It could tell you a lot.
