Lily Has Failed To Deliver 3 Packages or Give a Full Refund

This is my second Post in 2 days to inform everybody to be very careful when dealing with Lily .

I've been dealing with her for quite a while I have approximately 30 customers that order from me and she's been good in the past .

Unfortunately in December she started to make mistakes with deliveries then in February a package got confiscated she never resent that package as promised on March 31st no tracking ever received.

Then she took an order for testosterone kit to be sent to Australia. Again it never got shipped No tracking # issued as she promised .

I've been dealing with these issues starting in December and have request over and over for information on location of shipments or a full refund and she's either giving me excuses or she's ghosts me for days.

Now that I informed her that she left me no option but to put up a review on the forum she responds!! She says in 4 messages that they have VPN issues in China and they have to be careful .

So I respond to her like I always communicate and then email her via proton. Again requesting a full refund for all three packages so that we can move on from this and resolve it. The 3 orders total appreciate x $800+.

Of course she never responds again like she's been doing for last 2weeks when trying to resolve these issues.

Don't waste your money there are plenty of other great sources out there.

@AgeisJustaNumber, just to be clear you're referencing KJF-Peptide.com and not lily@sttmy.com. Both reps go by Lily and STTMY has had a ton of complaints like yours and she's been kicked off multiple boards. Please verify this first and then we can move. Thanks brother, Tyler
Unfortunately hes referring to KJF, which shocks me because she's been nothing but loyal with me. Sometimes you wonder if there's multiple people that get cycled around when you communicate with certain international sponsors, but regardless, nobody should be getting f'd over.

The first issue starting in December 25 with an order for a friend he got his order without MOTSC. Contacted her said they were out they would reship next order he made. Bad business. He made another reshipped his next order Again they forgot it his Mots c. Then she was supposed to ship it to me and I'd ship it to him in my order again it never happened. Then she promised the refund for it on April 15th that came and went.

Next issue was early February a buddy of mine ordered four different peptides The package was confiscated by customs. Then she told me we have to wait till it was confirmed then wait another 25 days which came out to almost 2 months. Horrible policy wait another 25 days.

On March 31st she sent me a picture of his peptides and saying it's getting ready to be shipped.
I've been trying for over 2 weeks to get it an update on where that package is and she either ignored my request or came up with excuses or just ghosting me.

I also have an order to Australia for a kit of test and she's failed to ship it. After 3 weeks and my customer getting upset I asked for a refund she said I'll send you tracking That was almost a week ago again she's ghosted me no tracking .

I've asked for a full refund of these three packages and I would consider this case closed and I would remove my reviews on this forum and again she sent me that excuse about the VPN in China being tough or something. We all know China's tough That isn't stopping any other people from shipping I have two other sources I work with and I have no problem with them.

I hate having to do this but I just want this resolved I run a WhatsApp group I have about 30 customers and this is a bad look on me because of someone I trusted for a long time I just want it resolved that's all I'm asking for refund or tracking number.

Thanks for looking at my complaint I truly hope we can just resolve this and I'll delete this whole mess and move on and just stay away.

I am having a similar issue with her on an order I placed back in early January, they only sent half my order and kept giving me a run around about everything . Requested a refund and still haven’t gotten it and was told they don’t do refunds until the 15th
 
Hey guys,

I think she’s exit scammed…..
Took my payment and ghosted.

I would ensure NO ONE sends another order to her until this clears up because she has taken tens of thousands of dollars in payments….

Her communication to me was very forceful and demanding of payment's I will consider my over $1000 gone.
 
I can't right now, but later I will follow up with this thread. @Durro NoHurtNoBigShirt would be a good one to get in on this thread. He makes magic happen when it comes to the derelict actions of some of these reps. I hate empty promises more than anything else. These Chinese reps think their being respectful, cultural habit, if they tell you what you want to hear even though they can't fulfill their promise. That obviously just makes it worse, clashing cultural ways basically.
