New here Just wanted to share my experience with this seller me and a few other member at my current forum has been scammed by her and i already wrote in the tread where members write about there experience so i thought that i would tell mine here like i said in the other tread she ships out what she haves and if she dont have your order she just keeps your money and lie for half a year or more. I cant find her here anymore so i guess she got busted no idea.
So here is my experience with this seller for June month.
In June I placed orders with 2 of my old suppliers and wanted to give a new supplier a shoot sins my other suppliers didn’t have all powders. I made sure to tell Lilly that she must send my items within 2 days and I need to have them within a week from order date to the destination that is a bordering country to china.
I ask several times to be sure that they have all in stock and can ship out I told them I am almost out if they didn’t have any of the items I order to let me know so I can order from other supplier before they run out.
Lilly promised me that all was in stock and would be shipped out the following day so I made payment, and as expected my two first orders from my regular suppliers arrived 6 days later with tracking number that showed the progress. But lilies order didn’t come and she hadent given me any tracking so I asked for it and she promised that it would arrive the next day.
Next day I text her again and ask she said it would arrive the next day I told her if it doesn’t arrive now I need to get a refund and order from my other suppliers before they run out of stock. She promised that it would so I didn’t order any more from other suppliers.
The next day she didn’t reply even thaw she logged in every half hour at this point I started to suspect that this was a scam I wrote to her many times telling her just tell me if it’s going to come today or not I need to order from my other suppliers please just say anything before they run out of stock.
The next day she just reply don’t worry friend order will arrive shortly and no more replies for a few days but still logging in every half hour ignoring my messages. I know knew this was a scam and contacted me other supplier that was holding my stuff for me for several days.
To get the news that all supplies were out of stock I was devastated and desperate so I made the mistake to try another new supplier just for one of the powders I was out of order worth 600 usd. And offcorse I got scammed.
I blame lilly 100% for this lost if she just send my order or told me that she hasn’t send the order or refund me as I asked her every day for I wouldn’t have been forced to buy from this supplier. At this point she stop replying to my mails daily as she did before and just reply every 2 or 3 days with an emu like thumps up or smile.
And once a week she use to say that she didn’t have any powders and that I should order something ells like peptides or finch products orals or oils. And every time I asked her if this means that she didn’t send me my order she either said that I would get it the next day.
Or send an emu thumps up I would describe this as psychological torture she did that the remaining of the month of June.
Here comes July month.
After claiming that my order will arrive the following day for the entire month of June, first of July she drop the bomb that all orders sent out before 1 st of July has been stopped by chinese costumes so she never send out my order.
That confirms my suspicions on that she never had shipped out my order, now her claim was that she would look for a new forwarder and that would take to the end of the month.
For everybody that doesn’t know much about chinese forwarders they are literally everywhere in china by the millions a single search on alibaba would give you ten of thousands of hits I get daily mails in my junk mail from them. I told her that I had about 20 that I use on regular bases that she could use.
She said no so I told her to send my order to my forwarder she said no, I asked her if she could send my order to my friend in china she said no, I asked her if my friend or I could come pick it up she said no, it was kinda easy to understand that she didn’t have my order simple as that. I kept asking her for refund like I been doing sins day one she said no.
For the two first week of the month she keep saying she was looking to find a new forwarder after that she said she find one and had already send out my order to him. I asked for the tracking number she said she would give it to me next day and then she started with her regular Mickey Mouse bullshit.
Next day I asked her for tracking she said the forwarder starts working late today and she would give it to me later in the evening. Day after asked her again and she said she was sick at home. Day after the forwarder was sick next day he hade day off, Day after he was reorganizing the warehouse he was doing this for a few days.
In end of month I asked for the last time in July month she said they had some issues with the computer/tracking system she would give me the tracking once it was salved.
Here is my experience with this supplier for August month and the third month after not getting my order.
The last three days in July and the first two days in august Lily stop replying to my messages she signed in every half hour or so but ghosted me after three month of waiting for my order I decided to write about my experience on the forum.
I wanted to avoid giving a negative review if I didn’t need to but she left me no chose I told her that I would post on the tread and within minutes she send me a picture of what should have been my order.
The only problem with this was that all bags was same size and my order had different amount of every item some five and some ten times bigger then others. This made me think that she have send the same picture to several other people.
I also got a tracking number for the first time this tracking number wasn’t registered and couldn’t be tracked. I told her this and she said it would update within a day. The next day I asked her again and she said it would update the next day.
At this point I had heard the same stuff for 3 month and kinda bored of it I told her if it didn’t updated that day by 2 pm I would start my posting 5 minutes to 2 I got another tracking number.
This time it could be tracked and it said waiting for pick up I said this one is not even picked up she said that it would update in a day. And offcorse she did the same thing again same after 2 days I told her I would post and she send me the third tracking waiting for pick up and would be updated. It never did so I went to this tread and noticed two other members posting about the same experience.
After I wrote my first comment I got contacted by a member on pm that dident have 50 posts and asked me what to do he have been waiting for his order sins may and he couldn’t post on the tread.
I told him that when I join the forum I asked this question in the newbie tread and that the mode told me if you cant agree with a sponsor contact a mod and they would help.
He contacted several mods and so did I but he never got a reply back, I did get one reply telling me to contact other mods or reps they would help. But I never got any reply from them, i did get a post here in the tread that they couldn’t get involved.
Lily keeps saying I would get my order soon I explained to her many times before that it just takes 5 days to arrive and I provided her with several tracking number that shows this.
I order a lot during the time I have been waiting for my order from here I have been getting several orders. In the middle of the month she finally tells me that my order has arrived to the destination country and that I would have it within 2 days.
Nothing arrived and after a week of asking her she tells me its back to customs and is stopped there. At this point the tracking number was still saying waiting for pic up and when we called customs.
There was no parcel with that tracking in customs and nothing to the receiver address or name. I asked her to give us the contact number to the shipper or information to customs so we could ask for the parcel.
She said she dident have any contact to anybody and that was the month of August with this supplier. To be continued…
