Aright so im about 6 weeks in to using test im doing 150mg every Sunday and Wednesday and can already feel a big difference im wanting to take it to the next level but I have a few questions and need some advice.
First question I have a rotating schedule with work and would like to do my injections on days off so is it OK to switch from Sunday Wednesday to sunday Thursday when my work schedule changes or is consistency important with injection days?
For the next part you may need some context about me im a 36yr old male currently weigh in about 275 and its mostly fat I dont know the actual percentage but it has to be high I started this journey with hopes of losing weight and just being overall more healthy for my kids so started by cutting out all the bs fast food and eat alot of ground turkey chicken and salmon been going to the gym 3 to 4 days a week and haven't lost motivation like I normally would by this point so I feel its time to go to the next level.
With that being said I have been researching and want to add primo and var so once this first 10 weeks of test is done my plan is to go
10 week cycle
Test 300 every Sunday Wednesday
Primo 200 mixed with the test
Var 50 daily for the last 4 weeks
I guess my questions are does this sound like a good idea, will it help me shed pounds, and should I focus on more cardio to lose the weight?
I already know labs are important for making adjustments and with how low my test was before starting I have accepted i will need a trt dose forever so once this cycle is done I plan on going back to the test only 150mg every Sunday and Wednesday.
