Aright so im about 6 weeks in to using test im doing 150mg every Sunday and Wednesday and can already feel a big difference im wanting to take it to the next level but I have a few questions and need some advice.

First question I have a rotating schedule with work and would like to do my injections on days off so is it OK to switch from Sunday Wednesday to sunday Thursday when my work schedule changes or is consistency important with injection days?

For the next part you may need some context about me im a 36yr old male currently weigh in about 275 and its mostly fat I dont know the actual percentage but it has to be high I started this journey with hopes of losing weight and just being overall more healthy for my kids so started by cutting out all the bs fast food and eat alot of ground turkey chicken and salmon been going to the gym 3 to 4 days a week and haven't lost motivation like I normally would by this point so I feel its time to go to the next level.

With that being said I have been researching and want to add primo and var so once this first 10 weeks of test is done my plan is to go

10 week cycle
Test 300 every Sunday Wednesday
Primo 200 mixed with the test
Var 50 daily for the last 4 weeks

I guess my questions are does this sound like a good idea, will it help me shed pounds, and should I focus on more cardio to lose the weight?

I already know labs are important for making adjustments and with how low my test was before starting I have accepted i will need a trt dose forever so once this cycle is done I plan on going back to the test only 150mg every Sunday and Wednesday.

Hi Bro, good question. No it doesn’t matter that you switch your injection days or even injection times like during morning or evening. But it is good to have a set schedule but again changing it when you have to isn’t gonna hurt anything.
And as for weight loss, cardio and diet, what you eat and how active you are is gonna be the only way that you will lose fat. No steroid will shed fat like that and that’s a nice little cycle if you choose to do that.
 
☝️ Great advice Durro, budah978, I'm going to assume your Test 300 is with the Enanthate ester. When you add in the Primo it most likely will be Enanthate as well. Enanthate has a 10-day half-life, so fluctuating between 3-4 day split between injections won't make an impact in your blood levels that can be detrimental. Like Durro has said, you'll be fine, I do it all the time with zero issues. The Var at 50mg is the one to be consistent with, Var has a 9hr half-life. Say if you work out in the evening, take it pre or post workout before bed (with food), that way its peak is during the peak of your recovery period.

Yes both are enanthate and I typically workout in the morning about 10am. How long pre workout should I take it like an hour before or like right before i walk out the door?

Yes and no, you’re trying to lose weight, but that doesn’t mean that you take it easy on working out. Still go in there and get a killer workout! You might wanna do higher reps like 10 to 20 and your rest periods between sets no longer than one minute.

That makes me feel good about what im doing i shoot for about 20 reps on light weight and 12+ for moderate weight also do 3 to 5 sets depending what im working on and try to keep the rest to about 30 seconds between sets

Durro is giving you great advice, but then again, Durro knows his shit. To be honest it's not a big deal, you need to experiment and learn for yourself. Some guys get a boost with orals like Anavar, Anadrol, Halo taken before their workout. But other guys don't notice anything that makes it worth it. That's part of this game, experimenting to find out what works best for you. Typically taking an oral 90 to 45 minutes before a workout is ideal. If you consume say a shake before your workout perfect, take your Var with the shake. If you eat 2-3 hours before your workout perfect, take your Var with the meal closest to your workout. Remember, it has a 9hr half-life. Do the numbers if you want it to help give a little boost for your workout. Primary influence in your situation and goals to take the Var pre-wkout is a little extra fat burning. Remember it's not going to be earth shaking, just a little extra boost, but everything helps and when you start adding everything together that's when you see a difference and get results.

Main influence Var is going to have is post workout. It's an anabolic compound with fat burning attributes. Post workout It's going to be great at recovery, building muscle density (not muscle size) and improved utilization of fat for energy for recovery between workouts, especially in a caloric deficient. Be smart, work your numbers in your head, like your window pre-wkout, intra-workout, post workout to optimize that 9hr peak of Var. You may just want to take the Var post workout to optimize the 9hr peak window for recovery and muscle building while you sleep, with a little bit of fat burning thrown in. It may not be worth it to have it in your system intra-workout, more benefits post workout. Remember Var will be in your system till the next day rolls around and you swallow that next tab or capsule, it just won't be hitting at 50mg, maybe more like 20 - 15mg. There's no absolutes just references. Everyone's chemistry is different. You have to experiment and find out what works best for you. You can take advice from Durro and myself, but in the end, it's in your best interest to know for yourself, and that takes experimentation on your part.
