Muay Thai is a SCAMMER

Unfortunately, Muay Thai (who was a moderator on here) is a scammer. Lesson learned but wanted to inform the rest of the community.
 
Took payment and made excuses for why order hasn’t shipped for 72 hours then ghosted me. Won’t respond in here, email or signal. Been over two weeks since he’s responded and you can see he’s been active in here. Just a stealing turd I guess. ($500)
 
He did the same to me for double that. He was a moderator so i trusted it would be safe. Now I’m beat for a years worth of stuff.

Not good. This is very disappointing. I've known MT for awhile not just here but at a few other forums. I've actually done biz with the man and never had an issue. Two confirmations....????.....What a shame.

Same and have also seen him around on many boards over the years. This sure is very troubling to say the least.
 
Things aren't quite lost yet, I'm working on getting answers for the guys that placed an order with him. It's not Muay Thai himself, it's who he sources from. That's all I will say for now.

if his sources suck that’s one thing. But to just straight up ghost everybody after he gets paid is fucked. The only reason I trusted him is because he was a moderator and been active on this site for years.

This is so shameful. If he got fucked over by his supplier after handing over money that he collected from his clients still doesn't make it right. He shouldn't have kept his clients in the dark and should have worked to recover as much money to return to them.

Agreed, but right now I don't want to comment on it. I'm hoping to get an answer and I'm hoping he has plans to make good with all that gave him funds for product.

Your posts on his thread was the reason i tried him. I’m not blaming u at all but after seeing u say he’s good to go that’s when i messaged him. It’s now been 3 weeks and no responses on here or his proton… hopefully he can make it right. I just want what i paid for. We’ll see. Anyway happy new Years everyone.

There's a lot of well-known vets across multiple boards that would have vouched for him. It's a disappointment and surprise to many.
 
You guys have to remember we're on the fringe of society's ethics hanging out in a gray zone. I've seen top of the food chain sponsors that were top dog on a board disappear in an instant to never be heard from again. Yes, guys lost out. That's part of the game. You newer guys don't think some of us old timers haven't lost out at some point in time. My very first ever transaction with a sponsor went south and I lost my funds. I felt the very same way as you guys. But luckily our top tier sponsor on that board covered everyone's losses. Hence that sponsor gained some new clients and to today that sponsor is still one of the very best sponsors I've ever worked with. But unfortunately they disappeared out of nowhere as well. I lost 600 with that sponsor, but I sucked it up and moved on. It's part of the game and it happens to everyone if you stick around long enough. I haven't had an issue with a sponsor in over 10 years, but that's because I've gained something you can only get through personal experience working with sponsors; by paying attention to sponsors who come and go and then the ones that weather the test of time and seem to stick around through the end of time.

You gain an intuition of who you want to work with and you develop a relationship with the rep and the sponsor that rep is promoting. No matter what, there will always be no guarantees. No matter what sponsor you're choosing to work with. Shit happens, and it happens to the best of them.

So sorry to hear this my friend. I did not at all want to lead you wrong. I will say that he has always has been a buyer for me. I'm really not interested is his recreational product line. Sorry if I mislead you at all.
