Need advice on cycle

Before you do anything, get bloodwork done. This will ensure you’re healthy, and give you baseline levels so you may see changes for bloodwork during and after your cycle.

Both dbol and deca can add some strength, size, water, and gyno. I love LOW dose deca for a boost in strength, softens the joints a bit, and let’s me fuck like Superman . Never had an issue with gyno, until recently. I had to drop deca this year and need to sort the estrogen issue. Deca doesn’t aromatize much, but it’s believed to increase the conversion of testosterone and nandrolone may bind with the estrogen receptor as well.

Dbol, I only ran once. I puffed up like a marshmallow running it as a kickstart. I haven’t touched it in years. It aromatizes like crazy so definitely have a serm & ai on standby if gyno pops up.

Var is a different animal. Take if sublingual pre workout and possible a small dose 9-12 hours later. It’s relatively mild, but helps with strength and is primarily used during cutting.

Estrogen is always something to watch for. There is gaining popularity with daily microdosing test to limit estrogen conversion. This will also keep serum test levels as flat as possible, regardless of the ester. Rather than an AI, masteron or primo can be used to help mitigate estrogen issues. Masteron works more so like a serm, primo can reduce estrogen levels. This is where bloodwork (and historical bloodwork) come into play. As you adjust dose, you can tweak levels. Generally, you want as much estrogen as you can tolerate without side effects. This number may be different for everyone. You need to experiment, test blood, and correct as needed to learn your body.

I’m a fan of low test doses for longer periods, blast & cruise. Mast, deca, or primo can be cruised as well. Coming off entirely makes sense in some situations, but when possible, I’d start low, ramp up to blast, and then taper back down. Most of us older guys are on trt so we will be on test forever. Some don’t really blast much anymore, while others do a couple per year. Ultimately, it comes down to how we feel and how our bloodwork looks.

you think 250 deca 1x per week, 250 test every 3 days, and 30mg of dbol daily would be a good dossage?

Dbol is used before the training session or dosnt that matter? just spread it 2-3 times over the day?

In the end when I am taking the anavar is 30mg per day right? 20 before training and 10 in the morning?

You should concentrate on nailing the diet and training first. And if your body fat percentage is high and you run that stack? Not going to be pretty is all I'm saying. Marathon not a sprint.

to be honest guys (petite willson. puma and haze)I am slightly anoyed by your comments. I have put a lot of effort in writing up a lot of detailed information and questions about myself. So far I am feeling mainly a patronizing attitude with 0 substance or any real answers

@puma especially you my friend all you have done so far is argue with that other guy and post smileys. I would appreciate if you stay out of this discussion. As you clearly have nothing meaningful to add.

At mr wilson and haze. The reason I am here is for "research" I am trying to inform myself as well as possible for a safer use and do the right thing. your comments like "do more research" and "hold your horses" are not helpful in any way.
I have been on 500 testo during my last cycle and I do not know the other compounds. maybe give me a real answer with a dossage instead of some patronizing diet or hold your horses speech.

I have been training for 14 years 6x a week mr haze79 and I believe I am not a biginner. I am here specifically for steroid advice. If I had wanted to know anything about diet I would have asked. Without beeing too rude here, but if you dont want to or cannot answer my questions just dont comment. thanks

Relax, if your in shape already and want to enhance the look you have, start on test only. Start low, do it for a few weeks, see how you react. Check your markers as well. If you start off with a bunch of compounds all at once and have sides, how are going to know what it came from. That's what I meant. One compound at a time. If you respond well, then up the test a little or your food if your putting on size which I'm assuming with the compounds you chose. You can progress on test alone. Then maybe add. But experiment with the test first. Hope that helps.

Thanks for your answer. Yes I did two pure test cycles in the past 2 years. I am now looking to do my first additional 1 or 2 compounds for my third cycle. Tried to explain that as well as possible in my original opening speech/comment.

I would do test again if it's been awhile, see how things go, if you add nandralone down the road, me personally, use NPP, quick ester. Any sides, stop taking it. As far as oral, I'd stay away from dbol. But that's me.

You can be annoyed at me all you want I couldn’t care less to be honest I’m sure some guys are more annoyed seeing you ask the same stupid questions everyone asks on the daily, sorry I was keeping it honest with you telling you don’t run a huge ass estrogenic cycle with infrequent injections obviously without the proper knowledge of Anabolics, And I wasn’t even rude about it you just didn’t get the answer you wanted which is “yeah buddy go for it”. Your whole cycle plan was literally going off of what some randoms off the internet say your not even considering your health/well being enough to put the proper time and research in
