I ran into the same problem a few weeks ago trying to get a custom design printed. Ended up looking for a t shirt maker near me and found one that let me bring my own mockup on a USB. They printed it right there, no setup fees or delays. Might be worth checking out places nearby if shipping’s too much of a hassle.
