Hey, folks! As the new year kicks off, scammers are back in action. Y'all gotta be super careful! Lately, we've seen a bunch of scammers hacking into people's personal emails to steal info. Then they pretend to be suppliers and shoot emails to customers. Their tricks are seriously sneaky, and way too many of our customers have already gotten conned.
These scammers typically pull two main scams. First, they pose as suppliers, sending emails to sell products and get you to shell out cash. But guess what? You'll never see those products. The second scam is telling you your package got lost and asking you to send another payment for re - shipment. After you pay, poof! Nothing ever arrives. 😡
To keep you from getting ripped off, here are some important reminders:
Check the official email:
Make sure you double - check the sender's email address. Is it the real deal? Don't trust emails from random addresses, especially if they seem fishy. If you're not sure if an email is legit, holler at us right away, and we'll sort it out.
Don't click on sketchy links: Seriously, don't click on any links in emails without thinking twice. No matter how cool or urgent they seem, they could be leading you to a phishing site. Once you type in your personal info or passwords, those scammers will be all over your accounts, stealing your money and causing all sorts of trouble.
Stay in touch: If you run into any issues when buying products or getting your packages, like having questions about what you bought or if your package is acting funny, reach out to me right away. You can hit me up on WhatsApp, Telegram, or send an email to our official address. We'll get on it fast and make sure you don't get the short end of the stick.
Dear customers, scammers are getting smarter, but if we stay on our toes, don't trust emails and links from people we don't know, and talk to us when something's up, we can avoid getting scammed. Let's work together to fight these scammers and keep our money and personal info safe.
Thanks for your support and teamwork. Have a great, safe, and happy shopping year in 2025! 🤗

The stories from redditors being robbed or scammed is incredible.

I'm very fortunate that I found this forum and a few strangers went out of their way to give me advice and reassure me the sponsors were legit and which ones they have used.

I usually always refer them here if someone reaches out to me for sources.

I'm glad you've received help on this forum. It's great that you recommend it to others. Those fraud cases are quite alarming. Be more vigilant in the future.🤞🤞🤞
