Even when she explain that they box it up in a box that’s described as a different product that can be shipped easily and pass through customs. If I knew they had this inspection I wouldn’t have placed an order.

I'm getting the same thing. Placed an order a few weeks ago and now I'm being told they can't ship it do to inspections. Hopefully it still comes through...

Her customer service is great don’t get me wrong. Fast replies, friendly, patient but I guess at the end of the day, it comes down to orders being fulfilled. If we can fullfil orders, pass janoshik testing I think she will be one of the top Chinese vendors I have dealt with

Have to be patient due to all the tariff and BS nowadays. That is key.

I have requested a refund but she kept telling me to wait and inspection will be completed soon. After a lot of back and fourth she apparently got news tracking number will be provided by Friday. Haven’t heard from her since

Bro I’m being patient but she doesn’t even respond back fast anymore. Like if I wanted to order I would get a quick response. I already paid so I have to wait but it’s been 2 weeks now and it’s been crickets on my WhatsApp.
