It really depends on the region and whether you mean medically approved peptides or research compounds. For approved medications, GLP 1 drugs such as semaglutide and tirzepatide are among the most widely discussed. I’d also look at a peptide store review when comparing what different suppliers offer, although sales data for research peptides are much less transparent. I’d be cautious about claims of a definitive “top five” and check current local regulations and reputable market data for a more reliable picture.

The GLPs Reta and Tirz are the top selling GLPs rn period. No matter what region you are in.
The other most popular peptides can be debatable outside of I’d say BPC-157 & TB-500 or the well marketed name Wolverine Stack for the gullible lacking understanding and think it’s a peptide that gonna make em jacked lol.
So those are your top 3-4.
You have your secretagogues that are also very popular among the some new or conservative in the BB community but 99% of serious lifters will opt for GH everyday. Then you have some of your fat burners and such but the GLPs have smothered most of them from the highlight they used to have imo.
Now that women are playing with peps, other than the GLPs they are more into the skin, anti-aging, health and wellness peps like NAD+ and GHKCU.
