Placed a order with aas direct they never sent me the product

Placed my order sent the money with bitcoins to the Wallet address from my order and their website. I reached out in the chat which is the only way to contact anybody and the guy tells me there was a mix up send another $ and they will send me a free vial.

This does not sound like AAS Direct. Always message sponsor reps first before making posts like this.

Agreed. We always go above and beyond for our customers and if we missed the mark and this is legitimate, I want to make damn sure to take care of this individual. My guess is they were either scammed, or fabricating some lie. Either way, I would love to get to the bottom of it.

Agreed that this could either be a scammer trying to scam you or could been a member who previously was scammed by some outfit purporting to be AAS Direct. Hopefully this can be all squared away soon enough.

Just for future reference and I don't mean to be an a$$ but if you have any issues with your sponsor/order please go through the chain of command. Contact their representative, if no reply try contacting the sponsor him/herself. If still no response contact a forum moderator. Please allow adequate time between contacts. All sponsors are different and have other obligations. Please be patient.
