Premier protein 8.58$ 12 pack at Walmart

Not sure where to put this maybe some of u will be interested i use them for my milk in my cereals…but Walmart has them for under 9$ for a 12 pack multiple flavors

I use those and different brands but not at my Walmart that’s the price is for 4 packs. 12 packs are double that price
 
Here is my go to…OIKOS 30g protein

Costco carries them and they are my favorite out of all I’ve ever tried. They are $25-30 for an 18 pack but they also have only 1g sugar, 5g fiber, and only 3g carbs. Love the protein Greek yogurt as well.

Yea the oikos are the ones i have now. Prob the best ones I’ve had. These other ones go overkill with the flavors most times.

Yes sir. I think it tastes much better. It tastes just like cold cheese. It is not wet or sloppy like other brands of cottage cheese. I saw someone post about it on another forum and had to try it out. It usually sells out quickly. I try to eat some every evening.

With how crazy expensive protein is getting now, I super appreciate posts like this lol I need to catch them when theyre freshly posted

Check out supplementhunt.com they always have deals too. And Amazon if you search a lot have coupons for subscribe and save sometimes 30-50% off and then just cancel it when it arrives. And u can find groups on fb and telegram for Amazon deals Walmart deals too. That’s where i find most things.
 
If you guys want a good protein powder for your coffee that taste good. Jocko's smashing pumpkin is pretty fricking good. Hefty half scoop in the double americano 💪👍👍

So the subscriptions, is it easy to cancel? You aren't LOCKED IN when you sign up for those?

No after it arrives cancel it. Amazon or Walmart. You’ll see coupons by the product that says extra 40% off or whatever click those set it up and cancel it when it gets to u.
 
Protien is all about quality, source, purity and bio-availability, (% absorbed)... unfortunately, the low priced ones don't perform. 50mg could = 6-8mgs actually absorbed and they typically come with heavy metal contamination, lead, aluminum, and tons of glyphosate at the very least.
Seen some horrifying test results 💀

Be careful out there men, "too good to be true" usually is.

Yeah a lot of chocolate ones specifically too with a larger amount of lead bc of how theyre made. Need to find the article with a company that tested several brands to show how much lead is in it, but I rememebr chocolate being a repeat offender lol.

But yeah definitely gotta keep an eye out
 
After my workout I use Earth Fed Muscle protein powder. Small family business. A little expensive but quality stuff. Jocko for the coffee not as quality but tasty in the coffee
