Sleep and muscle growth

The coolest thing I've found with GABA is that it makes me sleep so deeply I'll wake up in the middle of the night thinking it's about 4:30 or 5 o'clock but it's actually around 12:30 at night. I feel extremely rested even halfway through the night.
I tried GABA in the past and it practically put me into a pleasant coma and woke up the next morning rested.
