Trains road to pro debut

Ok brothers almost time to stop the cardio a start to slowly fill out been depleted so damn long an im tired an exhausted but I can fucking rest when this is over !!!
Going to FLA next Friday a compete on Sunday so the end is in site !!!!
Check in today at 195.4 pics don’t do it justice especially these fasted ones in the morning but that’s ok as when the bright lights are on I’m gonna rock it !!!!

Ok brothers sorry it took so long
I got 4th in the 55+ class an5 th in the 50 + class
It was a great run show but seemed they was looking for size an not conditioning but it is what it is
So I’ll go back in the gym an see how much tissue I can add
Not sure if AAS DIRECT is gonna keep up the sponsor for offseason or not as it hasn’t been discussed
But thank u all who folllowed this prep an listening to my ass complain an a huge thank you to
AASDIRECT I couldn’t have done it without u!!!

Just the fact that your still competing on stage is inspiring. And the fact that your still going continue, says a lot about the drive and dedication. I tell people all the time age is just a number. You have to set goals for yourself. It's what keeps you going everyday. Mad respect brother!

Thank u bro !! I love this sport I really don’t know why I do but I love the challenge !! I’ll take top 5 in a pro show anytime !! Now to get back in the gym

Perhaps you might want to consider hiring a coach (if you haven't already) who can guide you and develop a plan for you.
