I was curious what you all think about YK-11 dosage, frequency, and duration?
Is oral tables/caps or liquid oral, or injectable best?
I have read and heard many different protocols using 5-30mg daily. Some say using am/pm while other say use pwo or before bed only. I’ve heard duration for 4-8wks. I’ve also seen 2wks on 1wk off, and even heard use it like GH so use it daily for long term.
I’ve talked to several people who have used it and some swear by orals while other swear by injectable.
I am curious to use this compound this fall during a bulk cycle. I am interested to see what users have experienced while using YK-11.
