60 yrs old, no motivation, no energy, poor sleep, brain fog. Legs sometimes feel like they are made of concrete. Very low libido and total ed. Even my emotions are all screwed up. I've always been good at compartmentalizing emotions, some would say I'm cold.
Type 2 a1c was 11 down to 7.0 in 5 months after switching to carnivore diet last 3 months. I think I've dropped atleast 15lbs but need a scale to check. Off of insulin for 7 weeks just using jardiance. Insulin blew me up over 305 lbs, I couldn't move or breathe.
I know I have to increase exercise and get back on the gym so I can get my bg closer to normal. I cant even force myself to walk most days.
My endo has blown me off for the last year saying my T is good yet 2 factors are below acceptable ranges, free T and bioavailble. My total T is on low level. I feel im living to die. Before retirement I was a big heavy lifter 6'2" 290 in my best shape. Although im not 40 anymore being 60 i still think im young its just this general fucked up no energy malaise has screwed me up.
I have an appt with a urologist in Sept but I cant keep living like this.
Im thinking of starting with T cyp and a buddy suggested adding proviron.
What would be your suggestion on what to use, how much, and when?
I attached some bloodwork results from last week.
