New Years Bulk Cycle for the King

Started a bulking cycle yesterday Jan 1st to kick off the new year! I will try to keep up with the log with everything else going on rn.

Here’s the plan so far…

Test E- 450mg ew, pin Mon/fri wks 1-15
Mast E- 300mg ew, pin mon/Fri wks 1-15
Deca- 300mg ew, pin mon/Fri wks 1-10
NPP- 300mg ew, Mon/wed/fri wks 1-6
Proviron- 20-40mg ed wks 1-15
Anavar- 50mg Ed split in am/pm wks 1-4 & possibly 10-15

***I may try to get a few more bottles of NPP to be able to 5-6 more weeks since I’ll be done with the Deca at wk 10.

Aromasin as needed.

Goals is to mass up before spring cutting. I plan to run this in a 200-400cal excess with a minimum of 220g of protein per day.

Starting out at 5’7, 185. I should have been down to 180 but this holiday season and the recent dog attack on my family and killing 1 of our dogs has not helped.
 
Workouts will be as follows:

Mon- Chest, Tri, Shoulders
Tues- Back, Bi, Traps
Wed- Legs
Thurs- Chest, Tri, Shoulders
Fri- Back, Bi, Traps
Sat/Sun- Rest (occasionally will do make up workouts if I skip my workout to watch my NCAA Bball games, or work/family life related conflicts)

I will work cardio in at least 3 days a week with HIIT 40 yrs sprints or battle ropes, 2mile runs, or heavy bag.
 
I’m using Test E 300, Mast E 200, Deca 300, NPP 100. Also using 40mg Proviron daily and the Var protocol posted above.

Monday I pinned the following in a 3cc syringe drawn with 23g 1” needle and pinned with 25g 1” needle to my left glute. This will be my Monday/Friday protocol. I will likely just rotate my glutes for this.

Test E 150mg
Mast E 150mg
Deca 150mg
NPP 75mg

On Wed I will simply pin 75mg NPP in a 1cc syringe, 27g 1/2” pin. I will rotate Delts, Lats, and Pecs if needed. I like to save my Pecs for TNE mostly.

As y’all can see I’m working with higher rep ranges this week. I like to go back and forth with heavy low rep ranges to weeks with lower weight with higher rep ranges

Alright it’s the day after for this post…

Yesterday I pinned:
Test E- 225mg
Mast E- 150mg
Deca- 150mg
NPP- 75mg

I used a 3cc syringe, drew with a 23g 1” needle, then switched the needle with a new 23g 1” needle and pinned my right glute.

I used a 23g 1” instead of the 25g 1” cuz on Monday pinning was super difficult with the 25 which made me have to reposition my hand several times to continue to push the plunger. In all that I ended up with a lil pip from it. I honestly don’t think it is the brand or compounds but the fact I had to reposition so many time I was just moving the needle all around in there. My NPP pin only to my delt had no pip from Wednesday so 100% all me on this one I’d say.
Anyway, I know a lot of y’all thing 23g is too big but they work just fine for me and makes my life easier. The bigger I get the harder it is to pin everywhere
 
So to follow up one last night injection…no pip. I think I’ll prolly stay with the 23g for the glute injections. It’s getting harder and harder to reach the bigger I get. A few years ago I could twist and reach no problem but now it’s becoming challenging. Prolly go back and to the 25g for VG.

POP on my 2nd set of the above I felt a pop in lower left side rib cage. Idk what happened but I worked thru the rest of my workout from here but had to skip any cardio cuz it hurts to breath hard and stabilize myself with my core. I have a hard time simply doing a front bicep flex. It just pulls in that spot. I’m sore today. Hopefully it will heal up so I’m not limited moving forward.

So much better! Even tho it’s still difficult to reach. Super smooth! 23g here works the best for me while hitting glutes with more than 1cc in the barrel.
