New Years Bulk Cycle for the King

Had a small burst of energy so I took a shower and decided to pin what should have been yesterdays pin.

Today I pinned:
Test E- 225mg
Mast E- 150mg
Deca- 150mg
NPP- 75mg

I used a 3cc syringe, drew with a 23g 1” needle, then switched the needle with a new 23g 1” needle and pinned my right glute.

Came downstairs put away some dishes, cleaned up the kitchen, and feed and watered the birds.

Now I’m exhausted hot and cold under a blanket by myself in the downstairs living room watching SOA.

It’s been a long day. Had to take my daughter to a hand specialist today from the dog bite. They are keeping her in a brace and giving her some meds to help reduce the inflammation. She is having tendon pain and the nerve is likely having issues due to the inflammation. She will also be doing some hand therapy for 4wks.

Next I had to go and pick up an electric adjustable patient bed from a dermatologist office and bring it to my wife work. She wanted a new bed to upgrade her room for the medical spa treatments she does.

Then I come home to meal prep for the week and cook some chicken noodle soup for dinner. Today is our 19yr wedding anniversary and we both just felt like shit so we decided to be bums

We have 5 days of lunch of turkey burger and broccoli, 5 days of dinner of tilapia and broccoli, some chicken tenderloin for snack, and the cubed chicken went into the chicken noodle soup.

I will be back on the grind tomorrow after my daughter trauma therapy appointment.

I gotta say I still feel pretty shitty and I’m exhausted. Im gonna eat some broccoli and talapia, shower, and go to bed. People have been saying they or family has been sick lately and it dragged out for 7-14days. I’m a week in so anyway now would be wonderful.

On a good note I usually feel some joint pain in my hips when I feel like this but maybe the NPP is masking that cuz I have no body/joint aches.

Smooth as ever. I only got pip on the first shot in my glute with 25g 1” pin…that day I couldnt depress the plunger and made the needle bounce all around that ultimately gave me pip. I’ve had zero pip since on all injections. I’m very pleased with this first run ever with Auctus and the CSO carrier oil!
 
Today 1-19-24 I did some arms. I’m still feeling exhausted so I pushed thru the arms workout below. Each set had a rest interval of 45sec. It felt good to get it in but about 10min after I feel wiped out. Hopefully I can kick this sickness soon and get back to normal. I’ve got a busy weekend again but I’m gonna try to go for a run but if I’m still dying I may survive with a good walk? We’ll see?

I know I still owe you guys my diet. I’ll do so as soon as I can…however my diet is the same every week pretty much. I eat the same breakfast, lunch, and dinner, even most of my snacks are the same day in day out. I honestly am pretty simple and I can eat the same things over and over again, week after week, month upon month. Only minor changes typically in snacks.
