I know a lot of people like having a workout buddy, and I can definitely see the appeal. It's nice to have someone there to push you through those last few reps when it really counts.
Personally, I prefer working out alone with my headphones on. It can be more challenging to push yourself past that point where the burn starts getting uncomfortable, but I enjoy it.
Maybe it's just me, but some workouts hit differently. I actually love the feeling from certain exercises, while others—like triceps and calves—seem to have a completely different kind of pain.
What do you guys prefer? Do you like training with a partner or flying solo?
