Latest of me

Thanks

Injury came about when doing standing calf raises on smith machine (loaded with 185lbs) with my toes on blocks of wood. Was near the end of the set when the block under my right foot shifted as was coming down to hyperextend the calf and the added weight on one leg plus trying to correct caused the left Achilles to tear.

awesome! you're definitely in the 1%, especially for someone your age! congrats

Was shoulder day..pullups, shoulder press, heavy seated cable rows...fun stuff!

I've also been going as much as I can even with partial reps.

4 months post acl replacement myself I know the struggle all too well. Keep killing it brother looking great !!!
Thanks and yes the struggle is real in getting over an Achilles tear and mine tore real low near my heel. No doubt an ACL tear's just as nasty and my right ACL is pretty shredded already from playing football as a kid.

Definitely the BPC/TB and collagen I've been slamming right after surgery has really helped in recovery as got back on my feet in a little over 6 weeks.

Thank God for muscle memory! Keep working hard brother @MindlessWork
Yep, thank God for that, as returned to the gym at 9 weeks post op, as PT was a big help in getting to the point I was able to return that soon. By now I can push 4 plates per side on leg press again.

Very soon gonna hop on a simple cycle to rebuild.
