My monster labs, customer service

I am having a problem all a sudden using my monster labs. I’ve used em before and they came through with cleanest gear I’ve ever used.
My last two orders have not been processed
One was done with MoonPay last month
The other last week sent directly to their wallet via email communication

I’ve been trying to get a confirmation but now they aren’t responding to emails

What do I do next? Find a new source or be patient??

August 17th is a long time for an order to be stuck in limbo….

Before I spend real $ I wanna know things are still good with them.

I ordered as well on October 3rd and paid for it and have been ghosted by them. Who is y’all’s go to I’m almost out now..

Sometimes they change their email address or website domain.​

There are a lot of scammers that seem like they are the real sponsor but the email or website will look very close to the real one but will have an extra letter or lack a letter etc. So be careful and always get the updated ordering information directly from the sponsor or rep.​

So ordering from a sponsor that is no longer here we can not do anything. Thank you.​
