[OFFICIAL] Old Guys Thread

Thanks for hanging with us. Hoping to build a bit of a thriving sub-community where we can learn, teach, laugh, and bust some old balls

Look at all these old guys. Hey fellas 51yrs young here. Think I'll hang out a bit.

I do full body work outs every day. Kind of like a circuit but the circuit changes daily. Currently running test cyp at 200mg a week split two times. With that I throw in some test ace at 100mg. Pre work out oral is usually a 25mg anavar and a m1t tab. Or I'll take 1 mtren tab at 500mcg by itself. At night I'll do light cardio. Usually a 30-45 min medium paced walk. The work out in the am is usually fast paced. No breaks between moves. Diets clean, Cals are low. Life is good.
Puma, I am just starting 200mg Cyp split in two a week. So, 200mg/week. How long do you run that or how long have you and do you do any PCT.

Depending on how your body responds, you can likely run 200 mg per week forever. It's on the high side for TRT. But not unheard of and often prescribed at least in the US

How old are you and what's your natural testosterone levels like? If it's low, why PCT? Just Cruise.

I run it all the time. My doctor would have prescribed me 200-250 a week. No pct. Now with that said I will adjust that from time to time. Some times I'll do 300 a week and I've even been known to rack 400 a week in there. If I do the 400 I'll eliminate the test ace. I happen to like the little kick the ace gives me so I try to keep it in my regimen.

So, interested to see who's participating in the 360 IU group by for HGH? What would it take to get that vendor onto this forum ? Not shilling by any means, quality reliability is generally good with this vendor and they're not represented here?

I would like to know how long it will take to actually start taking affect.
First three weeks you should notice some strength gains and more energy. It takes about 4-6 weeks for the Test Cyp to peak in your system. But at only 200/wk it could be a little sooner. Just be careful to not overdo it in the beginning and give yourself an injury.

I am 53 and my total test levels were on the low end but my free testosterone levels were deficient. So, no test available to be used in by my body in my blood. That is how I understand it. I was not thinking of PCT as like when you stop a cycle but just thought it still might be necessary is some small dosage or something. Thanks for the info.

Ok, thanks for the input, I will look at three weeks on how I feel. I also found out that my thyroid med regimen was jacked and I was taking too much levothyroxine and it put me in a hyperthyroid state which does not allow me to get adequate deep cycle sleep and it has left me fatigued during the day. The new dosage should start to level out my metabolism a little bit as well. So, I have a lot to look forward to.

I have found out that my thyroid medication regimen is too much and I have become hyperthyroid, causing weight loss or difficulty gaining, No deep sleep cycle causing fatigue during the day. My meds are now lower and will level out in a few weeks as well as my new TRT that I started should take affect. Anybody have any experience with hyperthyroid states due to too much levothyroxine or synthroid? I know this not your regular post but I am starting TRT and hoping to get back out of a major state of malaise or funk and fatigue and pain. I got my Test from toprawrita, a great sponsor by the way and hope to feel better in a few weeks.

A good idea to go to your doc and get your thyroid meds adjusted if you are going hyperthyroid.

So at 53 years old I would think you should just be cruising at whatever dosage makes you feel good and where your E2 is under control. If that's 200 mg...send it. I run 175 mg a week on my TRT cruise and I feel good. It puts my total testosterone just under 800. For some reason my free test runs a high and at this level I'm over 200 (yay for me.)

I did get my thyroid meds adjusted to a lower dose about two weeks ago and it will take six to eight weeks to level out as I understand it. But yes, I am way too fatigued during the day from lack of proper sleep and my metabolism is too high not allowing me to gain weight until that leveling out happens. I have also started the TRT and both of those things will kick at the same time.
