Lipton and most popular brands are horrible. Heavy metals, low potency.

I get chamomile as the whole dried flowers/leaves 😎
 
You should have started with lower test. 500 is a lot off the rip in my opinion.

You could also lower your estrogen not sleeping is a side effect
