Were back!!
My legs are sore as all hell, walking like Frankenstein. Thank God its a low day and cardio, loosen my legs up a bit, just using the treadmill.
Day 4 Morning fasted weight 188.8. Up .8 which is good. Everything is in as usual, got great sleep. And ready to go.
Here's my meals.
Meal 1 which is after my walk, 68g whey 30g cream of rice, 18g peanut butter 50g protein 35g carbs 9g fats
Meal 2 5.8oz chicken breast cooked, 130g jasmine rice, 16g smokehouse almonds
50g protein 35g carbs 9g fats
Meal 3. 5.8oz chicken breast cooked, 130g jasmine rice 18g peanuts, 50g protein 35g carbs 9g fats
Meal 4. 4.9oz. Top round sirloin, 1 whole egg, 92g jasmine rice and threw in some cucumber and banana peppers. 50g protein. 25g carbs 13g fats. With whole eggs, they are a fat source first and protein second. So if i combine the whole egg and steak it comes out to 50g protein 13g fat, fits in perfectly. The top round sirloin has 8g fat, thats the only time I do that. The nuts and peanut butter, im only specifically looking at the fat amount I need for the meal, im not looking at the protein, only the 9g or 13g, thats my number per meal Directly.
Meal 5 and 6 combined for dinner
Again, 4.9oz top round sirloin, 1 whole egg, 92g jasmine rice. And 68g whey, 21g cream of rice and 25g peanut butter made into my protein cakes. 50g protein 25g carbs 13g fats per meal, total 100g protein 50g carbs and 26g fats, nice meal for a low day. I do that when im cutting to. Gives a nice big meal at the end.
Total with everything
2893 calories. 333g protein 213g carbs. 79g fats. This will also be my Sunday meal plan, again keeping it simple.
Here's some pic from yesterday
