New Years Bulk Cycle for the King

Saw 3.5 lbs of chicken...a true WTF moment. Split into....oooooooohhhhh. LOL

That's about a 40/40/20 P/F/C split. Pretty much a low carb day for me also. I cycle carbs for activity, but don't go no carb or only veggies on off days since I'm in a mass building cycle.

I used a 3cc syringe, drew with a 23g 1” needle, then switched the needle with a new 23g 1” needle and pinned my right glute. With this one I drew the Mast and NPP.
I took my Test shot using a 27g 1/2 pin to my left lat.

Both shots were smooth like always!

Core/abs worked prior to heading out to the gym. I felt really strong today however I increased rest periods by a lil bit today for 60-90sec between sets. Made a big difference than going 45sec rest between sets.

People don't know about mixing esters like that.
I found out how benefits is back when I was pharmacon lover lol they always sent me a extra vial with a ester mix .

The Deca being a long ester takes a while to kick in so the NPP is an excellent addition early on in a cycle like this to get the benefits of running this Nandrolone.

Typical pinning for these compounds for me are Deca 2xs a wk and NPP 3xs a wk.

The Deca is usually pinned 2 Xs a wk but can even be pinned at 1 Xs a wk whereas the NPP is a 3 Xs a wk or a strict EOD protocol. Some may even choose smaller doses pinned every day.
